About The Damaris Fine Arts Scholarship
On behalf of the family of "Dee" Damaris Schulte, the Plymouth Community Arts Council recognizes a Plymouth-Canton School District high school senior each year who has displayed outstanding abilities in visual arts and plans to continue his/her education in this field at the college or university level.There are 2 awards; a $1000 scholarship and a $500 scholarship. Seniors from the following schools are eligible: Canton, Plymouth, Salem, Starkweather/Feigel Students’ artwork will be judged on its originality, creativity, and use of material. Artwork will be professionally juried. About The Michener Family Foundation Scholarship Established in 2024, these scholarship awards were designed to provide monetary support for high school students in the high school fine arts program to continue their studies after graduation. Expectations: Establish a scholarship fund for Plymouth-Canton-Salem senior high school students with the intention to continue a career in the fine arts. Students must reside within the PCCS district and have been accepted to a post-secondary college/university or art school program. Scholarships will range from $1,000 to $1,500 with awards provided each year. |
