        The Plymouth Community Arts Council conducts a visual arts competition for all Plymouth-Canton area students in grades K-12.  The contest, called The Isbister Memorial Collection, is held every two years in the spring. 

A first-place winner is selected from each grade, and the artwork is framed and displayed in the Plymouth-Canton schools during the school year, at the Joanne Winkleman Hulce Center for the Arts during the summer,  and then returned to the student artist.

        A very special thank you goes to the Plymouth Rotary for the funds that make this wonderful program possible.
