Building 774 & Artsco House

 

Centrally located on Sheldon Road, just south of M-14, the PCAC building is the perfect venue for your next event.  Showers, birthdays, recitals, workshops, concerts independent art classes, lectures and business meetings are all welcome.  

 

 

 

Rentals

Our main auditorium includes a small kitchen area, stage with lighting and piano.  The room seats an audience up to 110 people auditorium style, and up to 80 people at banquet tables.

Also available for rent is a large classroom for art classes, workshops or study groups.

Next door at tge Artsco House are rooms that can be rented for music studios for individual or small group instruction.  The living room is ideal as a relaxed meeting space.  Call for rental rates.

Set up Fee:                            included

 

Piano:                                       Yamaha Grand Piano - $25.00 per event  (Main Building ONLY)

 

Coffee Service:                     $25 for two urns with 55 cup capacity  (Morning coffee included in all day or business rental)                                                

$75 per hour for additional hours beyond contract agreement
