The Arts for All Program was designed to enhance the experience of exceptional artists in mainstream community arts programs. Generously funded by The Wilcox Foundation, the program will encompass training, idea exchange, and the actual instruction of all forms of art: theater, dance, music and visual arts.

Each facet of this program is dependent on the other, with the experiences of teachers, therapists, parents, and students themselves guiding the results. A series of informational workshops for professionals, parents and teachers is the core of this program. Participants will learn to recognize and be open minded to different ways of reaching and empowering artists to go beyond what they are normally “allowed” to do.

These tools and techniques can be easily learned, and used to facilitate the creative learning process. Many different approaches will be presented and discussed to encourage expression and limit distractions to the student artist.
