Rental Fees and Amenities:

Security Deposit:
Business - $50 paid in advance
Private Parties - $100 paid in advance

                                 Setting up Fee:
$15

Coffee:
$25 for two urns with 55 cup capacity
(Morning coffee included in all day or business rental)
Classroom rental:
  Weekdays, weeknights, weekends - $35/hour

724 Building:
Living room - $30 per hour

$70 per hour for additional hours beyond contract agreement

Equipment Fees:
$8 per item
Piano is $25

You must provide your own food, drink, tableware, linens, etc. Additional charges may apply for items like special sound & lighting needs, table covers and catering services.

Use The PCAC

The PCAC is the perfect venue for your next event. Showers, birthdays, recitals, workshops, independent art classes, concerts, lectures and business meetings are all welcome.

Your rental period begins when you or your set-up crew arrive and ends when you vacate the building.
